The Mystical Mister Kay Book by Mei Han Boey

The Mystical Mister Kay follows ghost-seer Kay Wing Tong as he travels to 1907 England to rescue his missing companion, Miss Cassidy, from a supernatural limbo populated by ancient deities. His search quickly unravels into a dark mystery involving a murdered princess, a secretive seminary for Asian royals, and a sinister, cult-like fashion house holding the city of Tolwich in its grip. To save her and prevent a cosmic clash, he must navigate both Western mythology and Singaporean folklore as gods from two worlds manifest in the mortal realm.
