Refund policy

Terms and Conditions Before Confirming Your Order:

🛑 Stock clearance sale (SCS) products are not included in the return or exchange policy. only 60% value of the refund is applicable if the product is found to be faulty.

  

1. We don't take cancellations after dispatching the product to the courier company. Without a valid reason, like a change of mind is not applicable for that. In that case delivery charge will be needed to pay.


2. Any sort of fraudulent information or activities regarding the purchase or cancellation of an order without any logical reason will hamper your account. We will permanently block your account and will notify the courier office about the issue, which will eventually create a bad impression whenever you order from other stores. 


3. We dispatch every new customer's parcel after confirming through calls to avoid miscommunication. Still, if any customer doesn't take the responsibility to receive their order, the customer needs to pay extra due charges in future orders.


4. Damages during the delivery process can not be exchanged. In that case, whether the customer needs to come to our office to exchange it or can get the whole refund by returning it to our address instantly. In the case of delivered product, returning process will be handled by the customer. We won't have any authority after delivering the product.


5. If you face any issues regarding the delivery process or product, kindly let us know as soon as possible; we will handle that.

- for physical faults like dented corners, damaged pages inside, scratches outside the product can not be exchanged or refunded after delivery. It can be traced after delivery wether it happened from our side or customers. 

- Missing pages, missing in printing, etc., are problems created by machines as they are running 24/7. Kindly don't mark or write anything in your book at first. Check it properly if there is any issue; otherwise, we won't exchange it. The exchange option will be applicable if the product is unused for one week after the purchase.

 

For faulty products, here are the instructions -

1. Exchange - You can have an exchange copy of the product for free of cost. 

2. Return - if you want to return the product to our address and have the whole amount as refund you can do that at your own responsibility. We will refund the whole amount once we get it. 

3. Partial refund - if you want to keep the product and have the partial refund it's also applicable. You can have a 60% value of the product that you have paid as refund or same amount as discount in the future order.
